Location
Situated a short distance from Aix en Provence city centre. City of Art and City of Water, Aix attracts tourists from around the world. Set in a valley between the Luberon Mountains to the north, the green valleys of the Var and Marseille and the Mediterranean beaches to the south, the city boasts a fantastic climate. Much loved and painted by Paul Cezanne, many a warm evening can be spent dining on one of the terraces numerous restaurants lined up on the cobbled streets.
Approx 20 km from the beautiful Luberon Natural Park, 35 km from the Verdon Regional park, 65 km from the delightful Provencal village of St Rιmy de Provence.

Marseille. 35 km. Second largest city in France, cosmopolitan and exuberant, renowned for its picturesque old port and Bouillabaisse (a tomato based soup with a multitude of different fish and shellfish).
Carry le Rouet. 45 km. Charming seaside resort with lovely beaches, clear waters and picturesque little fishing port. At the foot of pine covered hills, in the heart of the `Cτte Bleue`. Also ideal for beautiful walks all along the seaside.
Sausset les Pins. 49 km Small, family seaside resort with pretty fishing port, surrounded by aromatic scrubland and pine forests. Within the Cτte Bleue Marine park with artificial reefs along the coast of Sausset les Pins for diving enthusiasts.
Martigues. 50 km. Large town between the Mediterranean coast and the Etang de Berre, with charming and picturesque old city centre and attractive harbour area.

Etang de Berre. 23 km. Vast lake with waterports activities. Le Jaο beach is renowned for funboarding.

Avignon. 84 km City of history and city of theatre, the fortified city of Avignon marked by papal history will charm you with its ancient streets, spectacular monuments and museums and impressive number of cafes and restaurants. Its famous bridge still stands over the Rhone river.
Les Saintes Maries de la Mer. 123 km. In the heart of Camargue`s Parc Naturel, surrounded by immense plains filled with ponds and wild lands. Traditionally the meeting place for the gypsy people whose rich folklore and music attract many visitors all throughout the year.
