Situated in Southern Brittany, 12 km south east of the beautiful city of Quimper on the Odet river with its narrow cobbled streets and magnificent cathedral and also 12 km from the family seaside resort of Bιnodet. 25 km from the artists` haunt of Pont Aven.

Quimper. 12 km. Beautiful riverside city with narrow cobbled streets, a Gothic cathedral and a host of lively bars and restaurants. Famous for its Breton faience pottery and Armor Lux clothes factory which collections are inspired by the colours of the sea and Breton values.
Bιnodet. 12 km. Charming and popular seaside resort and yachting centre with long and sheltered sandy beach. At the mouth of the Odet river, it can also be reached by boat from Quimper. The resort boasts a golf course, talassotherapy centre, casino and a good selection of restaurants.
Concarneau. 13 km. Fishing port with delightful fortified old city. Enjoy a stroll through the small town and dont miss the famous Kouign Amann, a Breton cake full of butter and sugar. Very naughty but so delicious!
Pont Aven. 25 km. Artists haunt situated inland from the tip of the Aven estuary. It is a small port popular with tourists and boasting many art galleries. Made famous by Gauguin when he came to paint in the 1880s before leaving for Tahiti and inspired the Pont Aven school.

Golf Quimper Cornouaille, La Forest Fouesnant. 6 km. Golf course. 18 holes Par 71 - 5682m. A hilly and wooded course, ideally situated by La Forκt-Fouesnant bay, 15 km south of Quimper. Designed by Fred Hawthree and open in 1959, it is the oldest golf course in Southern Brittany.
Golf L`Odet- Benodet, Clohars Fouesnant. 7 km. Golf course. 18 holes Par 72 - 5843m. 9 holes - Par 27 - 971m. Close to the seaside resort of Bιnodet, amongst oaks and pines in a beautiful woodland with ponds, the course is full of character.

Pointe du Raz. 60 km. Most famous headland in Brittany and beauty spot offering breath taking vistas over the Atlantic ocean. Celebrated by Flaubert and Victor Hugo, it attracts millions of visitors. A stunning place to be on a windy day!
