Mouans-Sartoux is situated between Cannes and Grasse. In the heart of the Cote d`Azur and close to many well renowned sites and the cities of the glitzy Riviera.
Within easy reach of Mougins and 30 km from Nice airport.

Grasse. 8 km. Fascinating historic town and world`s perfume capital. Explore the delightful narrow streets or go on one of the factory tours offered by some of the most famous perfume houses.
Cannes. 12 km. Beachside resort with its large promenade, chic boutiques, restaurants, bars, shops and festivals including the famous Cannes film festival in May each year. A walk along the Croisette, harbour and sandy beaches is a must.
Vallauris-Golfe Juan. 15 km. Set in the hills above the magnificent Golfe Juan, with stunning panoramic views of the Bay of Cannes, the lles de Lιrins and the Esterel mountains. The old Vallauris oozes Mediterranean charm and boasts a tradition of pottery. Picasso spent ten years here.

Also home to Fondation Maeght, Frances most important modern art museum with a remarkable collection of paintings, sculptures, drawings and other graphic works from the 20th century.
St Cassien lake. 30 km. Beautiful lake with clean water and small beaches, and lovely place for windsurfing and other watersports. Ideal to cool off on a hot day!
Nice. 35 km. Fashionable and unmissable seaside resort with its wonderful Promenade des Anglais, a long boulevard along the seaside dotted with palm trees, its old town with pretty colourful architecture and narrow streets. Take a stroll along the flower market in the Cours Saleya, restaurants serving Mediterranean and sea food and bars. Nice is cool in winter and hot in summer!!!
